Custom designed invitations for any event is usually sent out within a 6-8 week before your event. Our invitation process takes roughly 4-6 week. You should ideally order your invitations four months in advance. Please note that a $75 rush fee in addition to vendor's rush fees will apply for order quantities of 50 or more invitation sets needed earlier than four (4) weeks.

Step 1

We give each client a complimentary consultation where you will decide on type of paper, color, envelope style, embellishments, font and wording.

Step 2

Before we begin your design, we require a $75 set-up fee. This includes a customized sample of your invitation. Please note, the set-up fee is not a downpayment toward the cost of your invitations. It is a separate, non-refundable fee that holds your spot in our production schedule and provides us with the foundation to work on your invitation suite.

Step 3

From the customized sample, we will work to get the design finalized to your liking. We offer two email proofs. If you require another hard proof to be mailed, we require that you pay for shipping.

Step 4

Once, the proof has been finalized, we require a 75% non-refundable deposit to order supplies. (Once the supplies have been purchased, we cannot issue a refund.)

Step 5

Before we can begin printing, you must approve the wording to make sure there are no errors in spelling. Once the print or pdf sample proof have been approved, we will then need 4 to 6 weeks (depending on your design) to deliver your invitations. We require that the balance due is paid prior to shipment.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the unique nature of customized invitations and coordinating paper products, order quantities cannot be reduced, invitations returned or orders cancelled after production begins. If you choose to cancel your order after production begins, your deposit will not be refunded.
